• Take responsibility for any transactions or interactions between users and listed businesses.

You acknowledge that any reliance on information provided through our Platform is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GYMCORECOLLECTIVE AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• User content or third-party content.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.
